By accessing or using the Yapp Sailing Course mobile application (the "App") or website (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App or Website.

Account Registration: You may create an account on the App using your phone number. Account creation is optional and not required for App usage, but we highly recommend creating an account to save your progress.

Push Notifications: By using the App, you consent to receive push notifications, updates, and messages related to our services and sailing education.

Information Collection: We collect non-personal information for content analytics, service improvement, and user experience enhancement. Personal or payment information, if provided, is used as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services: The App and Website use third-party services for backend functionality. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Sailing Education: The Yapp Sailing Course provides theoretical knowledge and educational content related to sailing. Please note that we are not a sailing organization authorized to issue official sailing licenses. Our app serves as a supplementary educational tool to help users gain theoretical understanding.

Practical Training: To obtain a sailing license, users must complete practical training and gain hands-on experience through recognized sailing schools. Practical training is essential to develop the necessary skills and competence required for official licensing.

Sailing Licenses: Users are responsible for seeking out practical training opportunities and adhering to the requirements set forth by relevant sailing organizations or authorities for obtaining sailing licenses.

User Conduct: You agree not to use App or Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose and not engage in any behavior that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of App or Website.

Indemnification: You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of App or Website and indemnify violation of these Terms of Use.

Age Restrictions: While our product is suitable for all ages, we do not collect age data. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the App or Website.

We strive to provide accurate and reliable information, but App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of App or Website.

The content, materials and business solutions available on App and Website are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or exploit any content or solutions without our express permission.

When using our app's premium features, payments are processed through your Apple or Google account for a secure and convenient transaction experience. Subscribing to premium features involves the automatic monthly or yearly debit of payments from your account balance. Prices are listed before taxes, which will be added to the total payment amount. A free trial period of one week is available for new users only. You also have the option to restore purchases on another device. If debit is not feasible, the features will be temporarily suspended. You can cancel the subscription at any time in your payment account settings.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our Website, you can find the last update date at the top of the Terms of Use page. Your continued use of the App or Website after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App or Website without notice, for any reason.
